A day on the farm

There is this place in the Berkeley hills called Little Farm. It is a little farm (duh) that is free to visitors, and you
get to feed animals. They have several types of animals cows, goats, bunnies, chickens, ducks, and pigs. You can bring celery or lettuce and feed the cows When I was on Thanksgiving vacation I took the boys. I have taken Darrian before but he was not a huge fan of the smell. The twins though they LOVE animals, so I was excited to see their reaction. Miles was besides himself.lol I am pretty sure he wants a cow for Christmas. Here are these huge animals, and he just walked right up with his celery and fed them. Was reaching through the fence to pet them, and squealing. It was the cutest thing ever. Quincy was this way about the ducks and the chickens. Darrian stayed back from the cows, but likes the bunnies.
We had a great time, the rain stayed away for a bit so we could enjoy it. Can't wait to take them back.

My boys in Sonoma.

I love Sonoma, you guys know that. It is my happy place. These pictures are old but my Mom and I went on a picnic there with the boys. The funny part of these pictures, and when I look at them is seeing Miles personality. He's a little goofball, but he doesn't show it to everyone. Just when he's comfortable with his brothers, and he cracks us up. I get a kick out of seeing these guys grow and bond.

Park playdates with the twins

A few times when Darrian has been at school I have been able to take just the twins to the park. It's lots of fun seeing just the two of them interact and play. It is true that twins have their own thing, a unspoken bond. It's fun to watch. It also fun to see how much they adore their big brother, and turns my heart to mush. All the kids love the kiddie pool and outside time. We had lots of fun back there last weekend.

A spring break..

I took a couple days off this week. Darrian is on spring break and I wanted to take some time to entertain him. Our church is also hosting 35 families for two weeks through the Winter Nights program, and I signed up to help out with the children Tuesday night so wanted to be off for that.

I was REALLY bummed to see rain in the forecast all week. The only nice day was Monday so we packed it in. My Mom went with me and we took the kids to Chrissy Field for a picnic. I've been wanting to go for a while to take the kids pictures there. It didn't work out so great. It never does which is why I hire people :) it takes two people to wrangle them for pictures. But I did get a few I liked. We then went to Fort Point so Darrian could wait for the waves to come in and splash him. :)
Then we dropped the babies off, my Mom off, and met Kelly and the kids at the park for a couple hours. Tuesday Kelly and the kids came over to play for a bit, it was raining so it was nice to have company to keep D occupied.

It was a good break, wednesday we just stayed home and relaxed and I had to work in the afternoon.
